In
Dash Boost Gauge & Air Fuel Meter Comb Kit (Any Vehicle,
Requires 1v O2 Sensor)
The kit includes everything you need in order to build your
own accurate (+/- 0.250 PSI) fully functional turbo boost gauge.
It takes the signal from a supplied Computer Grade pressure sensor and
monitors the boost pressure "Real Time". Results are reported on
20 LED indicators with an accuracy of approximately +/- 0.250 of a PSI
when installed and setup correctly. As you can see from the example
photograph below, 1 indicator corresponds to exactly 1 PSI. 1 to 20 respectively.
Indicator
colors can be customized in any combination of
Red,
Green,
Yellow,
Amber
& Blue.

Optional 25 or 30 PSI Boost Gauge Kit (Utilizes an External High Pressure
Boost Sensor)
Other customized boost readings are also available up to a maximum
of 30 PSI, but they do require an external Sensor that we supply.
A computer grade external pressure sensor is included. Each indicator is calibrated to
1.250 PSI for the 25 PSI unit and 1.5 PSI for the 30 PSI Unit.

& 206 Degree Designs
The unit also includes custom
"Dimmer" technology that automatically dims the indicators for night
time driving to an adjustable pre-set level, when you turn on your car's master light switch. The
night time brightness can be adjusted to suite individual
requirements.
An accurate
"Real Time" boost gauge is
an absolute must, especially if you have done any non stock
performance upgrades to your car. Such as; installing a new chipped
ECU, increasing turbo boost settings, adding boost controllers etc. Calibration is
easy to do and default components are provided for sea level
operation. The circuit is flexible enough to be configured for any
altitude if needed. You can
mount the Indicators anywhere you like. But we recommend putting them
in the existing tachometer dial in your car's instrument cluster.
This is not too difficult to do and is discussed in detail in a
dedicated article on this web site under VW
Golf.
Yes, they can be fitted right into the
car's dash board. The control unit is so small it can easily
be concealed behind the dash.

Cluster or Tach Dial (Price on Request)
Note: This option is only available on Audi
S4, A4, VW Golf, Jetta and Passat (Not TDI)
This kit includes a completed and tested Digital Boost Gauge & Air
Fuel Meter Combination Control Unit (DBGAFMCU) PCB with "Dimmer"
technology, installed in your car's stock
instrument cluster. You just ship us your stock cluster, and we
install the complete gauge for you. Indicators are available in the

power, dimmer control wire and pressure sensor signal (or tee optional
high pressure sensor into you car's vacuum line at a suitable point)
and you are done. You also get a fully assembled and tested Digital
Boost Gauge Control Unit (DBGCU), mounted in a convenient compact
black enclosure approximately 3.1" x 1.5" x .7". (For Boost Controller

will not need to do any soldering to install this unit. Shipping
charges depend on your level of urgency, and are charged at actual
cost. We like to say that we require a week to complete the
installation. Most are complete and ready for return shipment within 4 days, weekends included.
If you are local to Southern California, and can drop the cluster off,
after we have completed the cluster, we can also perform the complete
installation for an extra cost.
